Performance characteristics:

HY-KGF oral liquid filling machine is oral liquid high yield irrigation rolling equipment, applicable to 5-25ml oral liquid and liquid filling and sealing capping.

The bottle is fed into the rolling mill, and is fed into the 12 head filling disk through the bottle net belt or the variable pitch screw rod.

The material is supplied to the liquid by a glass pump / ceramic pump by tracking the needle and lifting the perfusate. The liquid filling bottle is sent to the head cover of the 12 head through an annular dial. 10 flexible pole rolling head tracking aluminum cover (with rubber plug) rolling on the bottle, aluminum cover (with rubber plug) by oscillating materials according to the order from orbit in the bottle in the bottle on the transmission sleeve belt. A good oral liquid bottle is sent out from the bottle rotary table to the bottle.

The machine has no bottle filling, filling, no leakage, no liquid splashing, stepless variable speed control, single line production can be combined with perfect.
